Publication: Intellectual Property[1] 

Permission to publish an image (Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire publications: £10.00

Permission to publish image (national/international publications): £50.00

 

Broadcast rights[2]

Broadcast rights - worldwide buyout, all media, unlimited broadcast, per image: £200.00

Facility fee per day: £250.00

 

Document copies

CD/digital package for inclosure awards: £25.00 each

CD/digital package for inclosure maps: £25.00 each

Copies of archive documents - single reference only: £36.00 per hour

[Fee includes retrieval, copying and processing and is inclusive of VAT]

 

Camera passes                              

You will need to purchase a camera pass to make your own digital copies. There are four types to choose from:

  • Single shot [one shot, only valid on day of purchase]: £1.00
  • Day pass [unlimited shots, only valid on day of purchase]: £7.50
  • 3 Day pass [unlimited shots, valid on any three days, for 12 months from issue date]: £15.00
  • Annual pass [unlimited shots, valid for 12 months from issue date]: £150.00

 

Certificates and certification

Baptism and burial certificates, certified copies[3]£30.00

Official certification of copies of documents: £12.00 per document

 

Tours, talks, training

Archives tour and standard talk: £45.00

External talks by staff: £90.00

Tour of Heritage Hub with standard document display: £45.00 or £2.50 per person (minimum of 15 people)


Variety of specialist workshops available - prices available on request.

 

Staff time/specialist advice

Specialist staff time: £45.00 per hour

Daily charge for professional services (conservation/archives): £250.00

 

Car parking[4]

People visiting Gloucestershire Archives or our on-site partners: £3.00 per day

Non Heritage Hub users: £5.00 per day

Voluntary donations

We welcome donations.  Our Friends’ organisation has a collection box in reception.  Donations are used to support the work of the Archives particularly the Emergency Document Purchase Fund.  You can join the Friends of Gloucestershire Archives [FOGA] at £10 per annum, see http://www.foga.org.uk/

An in-depth research service is not provided directly by Gloucestershire Archives. 

A research service is provided by our partner, Gloucestershire Family History Society, and independent researchers[6].

Tea and coffee [on an honesty basis]: 50p per cup

People attending courses in the Dunrossil Centre are advised to park off site, in pre-course literature. This is due to limited space. Spaces are provided for blue badge holders and course trainers.
